If you do not currently have a website, we require details about your business, what you are looking for in a design, any graphical elements that you would like included, a list of pages that you require, a description of your services and your company, as well as any other relevant information that may be beneficial to the creation of the site.
All of our website designs utilize CMS (Content Management Systems) such as WordPress or Joomla making it easy for you to update the site without our help.
It is not a necessity to have you meet with us face to face for the project to be up and running. Most projects are initiated, continued, and completed via online communication like email or video chats or phone. We will keep you updated on the progress and our suggested site layouts and element. We will use a secure testing platform and server that you can get access to and get to see the progress. This way, you will be in touch with us to ensure you get exactly what you wanted.
We do offer for free 6 months of website maintenance once the project is complete. During this period you can make as many revisions as you want on your website until it is inline with your brand and standards. We will also monitor and make sure your website in always online and backed up weekly over the same period.
Our aim is to give you the best web security possible, we always make sure your site has SSL Certificate installed and the website is protected from malicious traffic by Wordfence.
